The nose of blackcurrants and well-ripened strawberries is heightened by a scent of fine, smoky spices. On the palate, it is a rich and concentrated wine that keeps the fineness of its aromas. The finish is long and smooth.
Dôle is a Valaisan blend composed of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Of a raspberry red colour, it reveals fruity aromas of cherry and plum. The first impression is fresh and fruity, typical of Gamay which together with the fine silky tannins from the Pinot Noir, create a smooth well-balanced wine
Floral hints of lime-blossom and white flowers marked by natural minerals with a touch of hazelnut fragrance combine to create the bouquet. On the palate the aromas of lime-blossom blend with pleasant acidity bestowing liveliness on this wine.
