Dôle is a Valaisan blend composed of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Of
a raspberry red colour, it reveals fruity aromas of cherry and
plum. The first impression is fresh and fruity, typical of Gamay
which together with the fine silky tannins from the Pinot Noir,
create a smooth well-balanced wine
