Very fresh, bright young colour, pale pistachio green, slightly yellow and quite unctuous. Frank aromatic expression, delicately perfumed, of flowers (rose, jasmine), fruit (apricot, golden delicious apple) and spice (cardamom, saffron), with a lively and spring-like freshness.
Silky and supple appearance with a subtle floral aroma and an aromatic and slightly spicy palate. Dry but full and intensely aromatic.
A new selection "parcellaire" of carefully chosen plots of the Famille Hugel estate situated in Riquewihr in its most prestigious crus. Most of the plots chosen for this new wine are being converted into Organic viticulture.
A fresh and crystalline with a shimmering pale pastel green colour and silvery highlights with hints of springtime, pistachio and verbena leaves. It has a very precise, refreshing, open and expressive nose, enriched with a sound and lively aroma.
A bouquet of fresh soft fruit; cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant, with woodland hints and a touch of pepper. Very attactive on the palate, it is soft and supple, well-balanced, nicely structured with excellent tannins that give it a light but solid framework.
The aroma brings to mind morillo cherries, kirsch, red-current and fresh tobacco with all the clear and abundant fruitiness of an Alsatian wine with no unwanted woody aromas to mask them. On the palate it is wonderfully fresh. The tannin is present but not too hard along with a nice textur...
Pale pistachio colour with prevailing green hints, a touch of pastel yellow and lime, lively and star-bright, it clings softly to the glass. The bouquet is frank, lively, clean and open, with agreeable notes of fruit (green apple, lemon balm, citronella, ginger, cardamom.)
