Evolved and complex, with notes of wild berries, cherries and notes of sweet spices - vanilla, liquorice and nutmeg with a touch of balsamic notes. The palate is refined, warm and well-structured, with evolved tannins. It recalls ripe fruit on the finish and has a long persistence.
It shows a delicate aroma of ripe peach and pear on the nose with hints of pineapple and lychees. On the palate it offers full aroma of lime and tropical fruits and a slight honeyed edge held together by stony minerality and medium acidity. A long and creamy almond finish.
There is a delicate sparkle to this refreshing dessert wine, notes of peach, apricot, citrus and honeysuckle. Have this as an aperitif in the garden on a warm day or try with light and fruit desserts. At only 5% its the perfect refreshing glass.
