Light yellow. Ripe nectarine, melon and tangerine on the fragrant nose and in the mouth. In a lush, open-knit style, with a jolt of bracing acidity adding lift and focus. Picks up a stony, almost Chablis-like hint of minerality on the finish, which lingers with very good tenacity and focus.
The 2021 Wild Semillon is very aromatic, offering lemongrass, peach and some herbal tea notes. The palate is bright and fleshy with some residual sweetness there to offset phenolics (tannin) and acidity.
Dark purple in colour with spicy blackcurrant and cherry aromas all complimented with floral oils. Intense flavours of juicy plum and blackcurrant combine with a touch of savoury spice.
