The 2021 Wild Semillon is very aromatic, offering lemongrass, peach and some herbal tea notes. The palate is bright and fleshy with some residual sweetness there to offset phenolics (tannin) and acidity.
Very approachable as a young wine yet still built for a long life in the cellar. The palate is impeccably balanced with its strong,citrus characters a crisp acid structure which leaves the wine with a clean finish.
