Whittaker’s Distillery, Original Edition Gin

An international award winning super smooth, classic, London dry gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with signature botanicals of sweet Hawthorn Berries, Billberries, peaty, earthy Bog Myrtle, home grown garden Thyme with a gentle hint of fresh lemon citrus.

Most of these botanicals grown in the North Yorkshire Countryside so you get a sense of where it is from. This is a truly traditional style of London dry. This gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not loose its nose, taste and unique character when served.
