Located in Coteaux-du-Cher, the vineyard practices chemical-limiting farming methods in working its vines, which are on average 20 years old. This terroir is made up of clay-limestone and chalky soils, allowing its cuvées to reveal a great deal of freshness and minerality. The estate's 100% Sauvignon Touraine reveals beautiful tropical fruit aromas, before giving way to a fresh, frank and supple palate with light citrus and mineral notes. A delight of the Loire to drink with an excellent seafood platter.
