Reserva Chardonnay 2020
Casas del Bosque, Casablanca Valley
On the nose it presents fresh aromas of quince and green plums that are combined with notes of roasted walnuts and flint. In the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied, complex, fresh and with a long finish. This Chardonnay is one of the last to be harvested in the Casablanca Valley, defining its refreshing and citric character. The grapes are harvested at night and then contacted in their skins for a minimum of five days before pressing.
