It is a classic fruity, clean, dry wine with the typical characteristics of The Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderfully fresh on the nose with lots of lime, lemon, grass, green pepper and a hint of asparagus. The taste is downright fresh, and the palette is cleansing with great balance. Nice acidity that makes it a great aperitif wine.
