A floral nose, red and black fruit and berry aromas which is reflected intensely on the palate with juicy and fruity palatenotes. As always with Meão the wood is well integrated, spices appear at the edges. Large, warm soft tannins and lush fullness, combined with a fine freshness and an elegant finesse leading to a long finish. The main grape variety used here is Touriga Nacional which is expertly blended alongside Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet, Jaen, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Cao, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca
