Single Vineyard wines from the unique and elemental Waihopai Valley Marlborough New Zealand.
Pale straw coloured with aromas of delicate, honey-suckle flower, citrusy and mineral. A sense of purity. On the palate it's pretty, delicate and refreshing. There’s the trademark citrus notes (limes and fresh clementine) combined with oyster shell and slate. Hints of apricot blossom, old-fashioned lemonade, lemon-sherbet. The style is verging on Germanic and with the very low pH intriguing fruit flavours. This wine will continue to cellar well and age gracefully.£16.75
