Libations Spiced Rum

Oaky vanilla and notes of tobacco lead into spices and heather honey, with lingering clove-studded orange.

This rum starts its journey in the Caribbean before being distilled and perfected in Yorkshire. Hardy Yorkshire heather, Madagascan vanilla, cinnamon, clove and orange peel are combined with exceptionally low water content honey coming from one of three North Yorkshire hives to create what Libations feel is a rum of real intrigue.

The people at Libations work with local producers and suppliers where they can - something that is hugely important to them, though they say they are still on the hunt for that elusive Yorkshire vanilla!
