It's Been A Good Year For The Roses, Episode 25, The Liberator - OFFER

RRP £14.50 / Offer - £12.00 The wine, the first ever Liberator Rosé and is one of Rick’s most confidential releases to date. It is made from Cinsault sourced from Otterkuil, a wheat, cattle and sheep farm (who also happen to supply grapes to the local Windmeul winery), located on the Durbanville Road in Agter-Paarl. A deep pink hue, red berry fruits as you would expect from a rosé but with a surprisingly complex layer of minerality from this bone dry wine. A  grown up rosé that is best accompanied by some food. Surprisingly  hearty enough for sunny weathered BBQ food if you're trying to squeeze every inch out of this 2020 summer!
