A fresh and full Fino from the first whiff with impressive intensity considering it's youth. Plenty of apples and quinces. Pungent yeast, but also rounder notes of white bread, subtle honey and almonds. The palate feels rounded with butter, pear and quince flavours. Nice combination of sweetness & mouth-watering sourness. The salty notes are fairly soft and come in a second wave with more nuttiness.
