Cream Sherry - Bodegas Barbadillo
Sweet, Jerez, Spain
Essentially a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherries with an average Solera age of 8 years, the result is a rich and sweet sherry but not cloying like some dessert wines. Overall this is a rich but smooth example with a beautiful golden brown colour. Wonderfull as an aperatif or after dinner with nutty desserts or simply a coffee.
