Distilled in Bournemouth from British wheat spirit and New Forest Spring Water, the Dorset Dry is our refreshing take on a classic London Dry; 10 botanicals well-balanced and Juniper-led, with the bright and refreshing Dorset notes of elderberries, marsh samphire and hand foraged gorse flowers.
Tasting Notes – An intricate gin that is slightly less dry than its London Dry cousin. Complex and layered, with a bright freshness and intriguingly long summery finish that invites the second sip. The Dorset Dry makes a moreish G&T and a divine Dry Martini.
