Intense aromas of lemon blossom, tangerine, salt, peach, and crushed rock are complemented with undertones of fresh cream, lime and passion fruit. On the palate, notes of tangerine, and Meyer lemon are wrapped up in a savoury, bright, and chewy yet lithe frame. The finish carries on with an echo of minerals, cream, and citrus.
