Pale yellow with delicate bubbles and a creamy texture. After at least 15 months of lees ageing, you will detect yeast and patisserie notes on the nose with a subtle fruity background of pineapple and banana. The bouquet flows nicely onto the palate which is perfectly balanced with just a hint of sweetness whilst keeping wonderfully fresh and elegant.
