The House has a reputation for producing muscular Champagnes with body, depth and power; these are classic, complex, Pinot-Noir dominated Champagnes with the ability to age gracefully for many years. The Special Cuvée has a beautifuly complex and aromatic nose with ripe fruit and spicy aromas, hints of roasted apples peaches and the classic biscuity charm. The palate has a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity - the characteristics of a brilliant champagne. The bubbles are like velvet with notes of pear, brioche, spice and fresh walnut.
