Revealing brilliant and bold garnet colour with purple highlights. The nose is rich, fresh and pleasant, revealing notes of ripe red fruit and vanilla. The mouth is full, with a complete and powerful structure revealing sweet spicy flavours. The final highlights tannins are well melted. Great potential to pair with red meats, as well as delicatessen meats . It will also go well with most medium-flavoured cheeses.
